i recently stayed here and it surpassed my previous experience in gatlinburg. the newly renovated room was super clean and cozy, making for a truly relaxing break. the location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown activities.

The location is a total gem! Just a hop, skip, and jump to downtown and the local eats are lit—Giovanni's and Hungry Bear BBQ are must-tries! On top of that, the bed was comfy as clouds, and the new furniture gave the room a fresh vibe.

Unfortunately, the furniture felt cheap and not all the lights worked properly. Plus, the drapes were outta whack, letting too much light in when I wanted to catch some Z's.

Comfortable cabins, breathtaking views, I really appreciated the effort the staff put into accommodating us during the power outage by providing lanterns, bottled drinking water, and board games while also ensuring we had a great experience in such a beautiful location near the airport just 69 km away.

The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, as we found hair in the bedding and towels. Additionally, the carpets were stained, impacting the overall impression of the stay. Overall, while the hospitality shone through, improvements in room upkeep are necessary.

We had a wonderful time here! The gentleman in the office was friendly. The rooms were beautifully remodeled, and the location was perfect for us to walk around and see everything in the area.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still decent for what we got.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed our spacious King Suite! The bed featured oversized pillows that ensured a restful night. On-site dining options provided delicious meals. However, ensuring lower room temperatures would have enhanced sleep quality. Future guests might want to request their preferred climate settings ahead of check-in.

But honestly, the curtains left more to be desired—don't need a peep show during my beauty sleep! And that A/C? Let’s just say it could use some extra love.
